With ur rank , u can get good iit if u compromise on branch.
What are ur preferences?
With ur AIEEE rank u can get anything except CS in DCE.(But u can get CS in III Hyd.)

Ur BITS score is very good. But u might not get CS at pilani campus.

Ya swaty,
IT BHU - has got cool reputation , but i dont think its better than BITS in reputation (when comparing). CSE is a better field to choose, in all colleges irrespective of reputation, if u do ur level best, surely gonna succeed.
In technological world , CSE is the better option and as now world is becoming more and more modernised , it has now become important to have atleasat a degree or so in CSE because of the folowing reasons:
* Most competative field
*People who take are highly paid !
*Interresting too- have better scope of taking research and thus increasing our educational qualification.
*Lasrgest chances of fetting jobs.
Rate me if u like it. Rating is an imp factor as this causes us to reply to ur qustions more oftenly and also increases our self confidence.

you may get cs mtech in bhu and electrical for sure at bhu but u can also take up engineering physics at guwahati at bits u will get instrumentation for sure apply for both and see what u get in the two institutes and then take a final decision(institutes bhu and bits are aproxx equal bits being a lllllittttle better in some respects)
