I am staying in one of the coaching centers in kerala.Now I am going to be in XIIth.When I was in XI I did not learn the daily portions an I learned only for the exams.But towars the en I became totally blank.I know somethings here and there.when our XII classes started I starte learning the daily portions.But I dont know what to do about the first year portions.when i tol my parents about this they tol me that I can repeat.Is it going to help me? my friends are saying me to buy correspondence course.what to do we have exams daily?

well iam from kerala..............pc thomas is good but his only prob is the long day shedule he has put up and that with only a few breaks.............many of my friends stopped going there in 12 th saying that its not good.......they said that there teaching is not done conceptually but rather mugging everythng.........this wont help uif u r aiming jee and aieee and bits.............and if u r to join anywhere else never join time ..........its totally waste...........

Don't go to coaching again and focus on self syudy. Give some time (atleast 2-3 hrs) daily on portion of class XI. You will start showing improvement in that section within a month.

I agree with paddy on the mugging up part . PC , I heard produces good results for Kerala entrance. (only)!! If you are aiming for IIT JEE or AIEEE or BITS, its better to opt for a 1 year correspondence course from Brilliant or FIIT JEE. Study hard and you may even get nitc.(after having wasted one year, that is) Good Luck  . The decision is yours... |
