so i should lock the choices such that i will get at least 1 of them in the first counselling itself rite???

what if i don't get any of the choices i fill up??

Well if you are not getting any option that you've filled up in the first form then you'll be eligible for the second round of counselling, if you don't get it in second then third and so on up to fourth round of counselling.
