Tough to say.... Vinod Dham, the father of Pentium is a DCE graduate.. :P ... I think both are equally good.... close ur eyes and choose or simply flip a coin... I wud have chosen DCE in this case for its location...

both are equqly good but dce has two advntages infront of bits

1.negligible fees

2.situated in capital city
