at this point of time,an adequate sleep of 6 hrs is necessary,anything more than that shud be avoided,if you cant study at night,then try to make up by studying for 7-8 hrs during the day time,avoid tv,internet,time consuming activities,etc,dont worry,u can do it,all the best.

I can't understand why you people are before night studies. I mean some can do because they love studying in night but it is not necessary. You study at those times only when you are comfortable. I think morning hour studies are more efficient as we got more output for the same amount of input. And yes 6-7 hours of sleep is must otherwise your efficiency will decrease.

AS EXAMPLE= YOU SHOULD GO TO BED AT 12PM AND LEFT BED AT 6AM
AFTER CLASS U TAKE REST<AS SLEEP> FOR 1 HOUR DURING MID DAY
THEN FOLLOW YOUR OWN ROUTINE
TRY TO ADJUST A/C TO YOUR ROUTINE....................

hey dude nothing to worry........ the better idea i could give u is that avoid late nite studying...........better u read at mrnings. if not a cup of tea will gives u a solution
