I am givin a drop. So if I give compatmental in Maths so that I could get 80% in PCM to appear BITS

I am givin a drop. So if I give compatmental in Maths so that I could get 80% in PCM to appear BITS should that be of any problem further in career down the line like in jobs or such. And can I appear IIT, AIEEE and BITS itself by doin so....If not I am not goin to do so.....Please help.....
