I had given the AIEEE this year. On the day of the results, I was devastated to get a very low rank

I had given the AIEEE this year. On the day of the results, I was devastated to get a very low rank of 49987; although I know I deserved a much better rank. I used to score much higher than most of my mates for the last two years but they have beaten me in AIEEE. Now I can?t figure out what to do. Should I compromise with the college and opt for my fave stream or should I compromise with the stream and opt for my preferred college? Also, I plan to prepare for IIT-JEE, AIEEE, and BITSAT one more serious time and pursue my 1st year engg course simultaneously. Is it possible or is it just arduous for a self-confessed above average student like me?
