i have given my 1st attempt in jee this year..getting 211..in aieee my score is 261.. i am thinking

Engineering Entrance , JEE Main , JEE Advanced

i have given my 1st attempt in jee this year..getting 211..in aieee my score is 261.. i am thinking of taking a drop..but the problem is that i live in gujarat..and there and i cannot shift to kota..i can join coaching at vadodara..but i am afraid of taking a drop..those who have taken a drop pls give your views..

hey dude...u mad or wat...u are getting 211...in jee..........u will get 3000-4000............u can easily get in some new iit,ism dhanbad..or old iit MSc,,,,,,,,,,dont take a drop ...grab ...watever u get in this year,,if u dont then only take a drop..

you will get above 5000 rank in iit. and below 5000 rank in aieee. I think you should not drop as you can get a very good college based on your aieee rank.

Well its your call.

I personally will suggest you to take CS/ECE in a good NIT.

If you have only IIT in your dreams you can take one more try(though I wont recommend ).

But please whatever you decide then dont regret it both are equally good options
