I hv started studying since 10 days n intend to do so ......but my problem is dat i really study

Engineering Entrance , JEE Main , JEE Main & Advanced

I hv started studying since 10 days n intend to do so ......but my problem is dat i really study well while listening to radio songs................is dat gonna affect d quality of study i do...........i actually study for more tym while listening to songs...............wht i personally feel is dat i hv no such prob while studying n listening..................

you say that you study more if you are listening to radio songs, well, if you are okay with it , you can continue. But to make sure that the radio does not hamper your learning abilities what i recommend that you should take tests of yourself regularly to make sure that you have learned the things.

Yes listening to radio while studying hampers your studies.Believe me i alsoused to study for continuously 3-4 hrs while listening to songs but the output was quiet poor .There is a physcological reason behind it -When we are studying and listening to songs simentaneously our mind tends to read also and to listen to the lyrics also thus our conc gets divided and thus the output of our mind is very poor .If u try to conc. on just one thing the other will seem to be like a disturbance.Try to conc hard on your studies while listening to music.U'll find it problamatic cause the song acts as one of the disturbing elements at that instance
