I wish to know the difference between "Electronics & Instrumentation" and "Electrical and Electronic

None

I wish to know the difference between "Electronics & Instrumentation" and "Electrical and Electronics" course at BITS Pilani. My BITSAT score is 355 and I wish to know which one to prefer.

hey .. in ur curriculum in bits .. for the entire 4 yrs only 3 courses r different for eee nd eni students . nd that too eee ppl cn do those eni courses nd vice versa . as such the degree of eee is prefered by sttudents nd at ur score too i wud suggest oprefer eee . but rem eee is the toughest course of bits placements r gud but not at as gud as compsci plus compsci is easier . but yes deptt of eee is better neday . so tk into consideration carefuly wether u wana really leave compsci or not

Thanks a lot Aman. Actually I am a bit scared to choose CS under the present conditions - I mean u can always get into IT industry from any other branch if the going is good... what is your view?

i m nt toking bt the it jobs .. that yes eee ppl nd even other disciplines cn gt into .. bt say microsoft / google etc r not open to eee ppl they take only compsci .. its nt the it jobs bt the core compsci jobs which matter it jobs toh even mech chemical ppl get into
