yes there is a chance but only lesser ranked like hamirpur ,srinagar etc

people get NIT till 20000 , so if lucky enough 14000 u cn get an NIT bt there wont b any option fr bargain....

Try in ur state nit coz u can easily get in2 it thru state quota..!
