i recommend BITS pilani CSE if u want a gud branch...waise BITS pilani aur IIT roorkee same standard ka hai...so unless u r really longing for d IIT tag, definitely go for BITS pilani...

cse is now a little down.

iit roorkee mtech(polymers) is better : 1. iit tag 2. chem tech going up

BITS Pilani CSE obviously. It has been consistently ranked above IIT Roorkee and the branch u r getting there is also better.
