What I'll say, I don't know whether you are going to like it or not. But this is what I feel:-
You have to hit the 200 (or rather 250+ mark for a reasonable branch because that subject you have to study for a minimum of four years) mark, because if you get below that it won't be of any use.
If you are getting 200+ marks without guessing, then use minimum guess work. But if you are not getting to that mark, then you will have to.
Imagine there's a big mango tree. You have stones in hand. Now you have to hit for the mangoes. If your hit is succesful, then you have the mangoes and you can joyfully eat them. But if you fail, then also no problems.
Hope you get what I'm saying!!! I know that it might sound a bit weird.
Arre yaar, I'm talking of calculated guess only. Eliminate two options and then go for 50-50.
Go for blind guess only if you don't know anything in the paper and are scoring less than 100. But blind guess work is not advisable at all. Do calculated guess work.
