shifting is DCE i would say a better decision but to bits it depends... BIts definitely got better options than thapar but since your have already studied 1 year it makes things complicated. If you are adaptive to thapar's environment then there is no point moving to bits, otherwise move it. rememeber performance is a very improtant parameters in achieving your success goals irrespective of colleges
