I want to know that the books which are below are good for preparation of IIT : 1. Physics - H.C Verma 2. Maths - S.L. Loni 3. Chemsitry- P. Bahadur I also read in GOIIT that mtg book interactive is also good for Organic Chemsitry. for chemistry p. bahdur 's book is diffeent for phys, inorg and if it is like that then plz tell me which all are the booksof p. bahadur. for maths P.L. Loni is good or any other plz tell me . Are these three books are enough to prepare for IIT-JEE (class XII). I am not going to any coaching nor I have Study materials of any coaching. Plz tell me .

buddy ...resnick halliday walker as a refernece book.. then .. irodov
then for maths.... ml khanna .. rd sharma.. hall and knight.. then a. das gupta.. then tmh....
chemistry : again tmh .. rcm.. brilliant tutorials materials..
then for org. mtg ... then for inorganic.. krishna.. as dev sir recomends..
and physical -- p. bahadur,.

since u are not going 4 coaching {jus like me  }ur selection of buks must be gud MATHEMATICS : RD SHARMA / ML KHANNA {at d beginning stage} ARIHANT {really grt } PHYSICS :HC VERMA {everyone luvs it,well i am jus ok with it} again ARIHANT {DC PANDEY} is cool CHEMISTRY :MTG INTERACTIVE ORGANIC OP TANDON,NCERT for inorganic RC MUKHERJEE + P BAHADUR for physical DIS CAN EASILY COVER IIT JEE SYLABBUS 4 U do rate if found useful

FOR PHYSICS - H.C V or HALLiday Or BOTH For Chemistry - If i use P. bahadur for physical chem. then do i need RC Mukherjee also and arihant? For MAths- M.L. KHanna is OK or A DAS Gupta ? I want to use only one book each subject. PLZ Reply for short plz rates assured

get rid of halliday ... for theory.. only the probs. in it are very nice and excellent.... but yeah.. it can surely b used as a reference....
now u made one mistake ... u forgot to include irodov ...

I got one e-book of irodov of 400 pages which includes only numericals so is that the same book which u r talking about ?

dont know bout that but the original book can be bought from the market.its a small book without solutions

No thank you, I have that book in djvu format. I just wnat to confirm that the irodov book which i have is same as the book which is used. Thanks a lot....... |
