food from your school canteen......
water from aquagaurd (if available in school)

may be you can take borewell water,tap water,chlorinated water,etc and check for pH ,boiler scale,check for impurities in the water i.e salts....(do salt analysis)....
pollution in ground water table........
water pollution in lake....etc....
