should i give a damn to d boards?

c 1st of all u cannot give BITS if u r less than 80% in ur respective board exam...
2nd thing yes they do count a lil.....at the time of placements , m saying this bcoz of an experience with my sister....

according to a reveiw which i read in times of india IIM never reveals their system of selection ( that is their trade secret) .......one of the members of seletction committee said that we even sometimes take into account all the marks and co curricular activities which one has got after 10th

It will count if you want to do hons after 10+2...............I'm not sure if it is useful when you are doing engg. or medical courses but as one has said to appear for BITSAT you need to get at least 80% and for IIT you have to get 60%.
