i attempted bitsat2009,i failed then,now iam studying btech 1st year,am i eligible for bitsat2010,if

i attempted bitsat2009,i failed then,now iam studying btech 1st year,am i eligible for bitsat2010,if i am eligible pls tell me how to prepare for bits(my college timings are 6am to 3pm)

Yes you are eligible. Refer books of MTG publications. Daily 4-5 hours in evening of concentrated studies will be helpful for you.
