Fluorine has no oxy-acids. Fluorine is so hard to oxidize that no H+ FO- exists
so HOF doesnt exist...
but rest oxyacids exists... with acidic order HClO > HBrO > HIO
For HOCl,
Cl- + 2OH- <-----> ClO- + H2O + 2e- -0.90 V
while oxidation potential for Br- , is even more negative, hence its difficult to get BrO- ion.... or can say that reduction potential of BrO- >reduction potential of ClO- , so it easily gets reduced, thus being unstable
