 after 4 min.

  volume =12 = pi r^2h/3

               r=h because virtical angle is 90

                 12=1/3pih^3

                now from here find the value of h...........

                  now , rate change of volume is 3 =1/3*3pih^2dh/dt

                                          put the value of dh/dt =?????????
