see ...in first case P & V is given so take out the resistance of the bulb usng the formula P = V^2 / R ..............NW IN THE 2ND CASE V IS GIVEN (200 ) ND R WE HAV TAKEN OUT .... SO NW TAKE OUT THE P CONSUMD BY THE BULB USNG THE FORMULA V^2/ R.........

RATE IF USEFUL...CORRECT IF WRONG...
