What mass density has to do with potential at the center.
Please verify as it should be charge density.

It depends whether it's a conducting or non-conducting sphere .

but it is in case of a hollow sphere where electric field inside sphere is zero but since the sphere has charge density so it is a non conducting solid sphere.....

if CONDUCTING-- then ZERO
if NON-CONDUCTING-- then SAME AS AT THE SURFACE..
