IN ELECTRONIC CIRCUITS, ONE TERMINAL IS GROUNDED,OTHER TERMINAL IS +VCC.

THE GROUNDED TERMINAL IS NEGATIVE. SO DOES IT MEAN THAT GROUND i.e EARTH IS FULL OF ELECTRONS ??????????????/

IF SO ,DOES IT MEAN THAT EARTH IS NEGATIVELY CHARGED

Earth is huge. So i think it won't take any effect on such a large body.

earth can be considered as a collection of charge in which charge
can be sent and form which charge can be taken
so if the terminal which is earthed is negative then it does not mean
that whole earth is negatively charged...
