No. If two equipotential surfaces meet each other at that point there would be two potentials for a particular charge. It is impossible. Moreover potential at any point is the sum of potential due to individual charges. So the equipotential of different charges also cannot intersect.













no they cant, because two different equipotential surface have different electric potential, so if they intersect then the point of intersection will have two different potentials at the same point which is not possible :))
