If we charge a metal sphere negatively by induction by bringing a positively charged rod near it. Why in this case the electron will flow from the ground to the sphere when the sphere is connected to the ground with a wire ?

EARTH IS A BANK OF CHARGES.WHEN THE CHARGED SPHERE IS PLACED IN CONTACT WITH EARTH THE ELECTRONS FLOWS TOWARDS THE +VE CHARGE IN THE EARTH.
