 When a piece of per is brought near a charge body. It is attracted towards it but after touching the body it falls away. Why?

 Let us assume that charged body is positivly charged. When paper is brought near it, it gets polarised and hence it is attracted by charge. When you touch the paper to charge body the negative charge on paper gets transfered to positive charged body. Now both charged body and paper are positivly charged and hence they repel each other.
