A long cylindrical shell of radius R carries a uniform surface charge naught on the upper half and an opposite charge - (minus) naught on the lower half .What is the electric potential inside and outside the cylinder?????? Goiitians,I know how to proceed and solve it but please give me the final answer so that I can verify my answer .
