Physics

A hollow non-conducting sphere of inner radius R and outer radius 3R has a spherical cavity in its wall. the radius of the spherical cavity is R and it touches the inner and outer surface of the main sphere. charge is spread uniformly throughout the mass of sphere. the volume charge density is x. find the field inside the cavity.[Ans: 7x/(12e) , where e is the permittivity of free space.]i just want to know the process of solving it.....
