u just have 2 use the concept of reduced mass shipra
just derive all the relations
1/redmass=1/m1+1/m2
otherwise all things r same

Use mvr=nh/2pi
Here r=0.53A ,m is mass of electron ,n=1
So v=2.18*106m/s

For the electron tobe at ground state it has to be at its first orbit and secondly for speed you can use bohrs postulate about angular momentum
