if electrostatic means that electrons are at rest then won't this statement confront the idea that

motion of electrons in electricity means through the conducter's body

if someone asks if you have gone any where today nd u replied no then does it mean that you have not gone from 1 room 2 d othr in ur house

ELECTROSTATICS IS PURELY A CONCEPT (PRACTICALLY NOT POSSIBLE) WE USE IT TO PREDICT THE ELECTRIC BEHAVIOUR OF THE PARTICLE SEPARATELY SAME WAY AS WE USE THE EQUATIONS FOR RELATIVE MOTION THATS IT
