in this question
all three capacitors are connected in parrallel
and capacitance of each=C
so equivalect capacitance=C/3

All the capaitors are in parallel so the equivalent capacitance = 3C

A&B are connected by a resistanceless wire so A & B are at the same potential... so i think the effective capacitance is ZERO.

SOOOOOOOO, am i CORRECT ???
