obviously possible.

the only requirement is that its curl does not identically vanish everywhere.

e.g. E(r) = -yi + xj is an example of a non conservative field.

Yup..for example the field produced due to the Induced charges is Non-conservative in nature !!

in eltrostatic its not possible bt in electrodynamics as said above abut induced field its possible

magnetic field produced due to magnet is conservative where as produced by current is non conservative in nature..............
