why a swmiconductor behaves like a inductor at 0k.....????can anyone plz tll me?????

this is because at 0K there will be no free electrons to conduct electricity

there is no thermal enegy to excite the electrons and thus no free conducting electrons thus no no current thus INDUCTOR!
