I am not at all satisfied wid d theory on semiconductors in ncert.
I get many doubts wen i read dat.I feel its not clear.
Could u plz suggest sources to learn semiconductors from.
Is it important from point of view of AIEEE and BITS?

well, for the theory part of semiconductors i can suggest u to go for pradep's fundamental physics. yes its important for aieee coz its a new topic, n i m not that sure about bits.
