& resistors are used to oppose current or 2 convert dem in ne other form of energy

They are used in actual circuits.
The household bulb is nothing but a resistor.
And for capacitor, open ur CPU and U will find some small cylinders attached to ur motherboard. Those are capacitors. See them carefully, their capacitance is also written on those cylinders.

capacitors are used in the machines which give shocks to the heart in order to revive it till 2 mins after it stops working..... capacitors are used in fans also...

Anyways, Capacitors are also used in ceiling fans and Air conditioners.
