i dont know what is potential...

but i no dat u dont have potential to do anything in life...

we can relate potential with temperature. Like heat passes frm body at high temperature to low temperature.., charge moves frm body at high potential region to low potential region...

Potential is the ability to do any task.

eg:

in terms of a stationary Body it is measured in terms of Energy in it on the virtue of its Height from the reference level usually grnd........

and for Human it is measured in his/her results........but there are other factors too which can increase it...!!!

If you are talking about Electric potential then .. potential at a point can be interpreted as the work done in bringing a unit charge from infinity to that point.. assuming that the potential at infinity is zero..
