just an answer to ur question................
wht u mean by electricity? if charge moves uniformly over a point in a given time we say there is an electric current.this process results in electricity.
in a conductor when it is put in an electric feild, then the charge get distributed themselves in the conductor to cancel the electric feild.so in a conductor there is no electric feild.
so the charges r moving.we can say there is a process of electricity...
it may be foolish .........but i cooked this to answer ur question........
if satisfied rate me..................
