when current passes through a wire what is the charge arised in the wire?

  There is no net charge in the wire.

The flow of current is due to flow of electrons. The electrons are supplied and passed through the wire and the current flows in the direction opposite to it.

Its just addition and removal of same number of electrons and thrfr no charge is developed.
