Answer is 30.

(a+b)'s one day work = 1/12

(b+c)'s one day work = 1/15

(c+a)'s one day work = 1/20

(a+b) + (c+a) - (b+c) = 2a

so, (2a)'s one day work = 1/12 + 1/20 - 1/15 = 1/15

(a)'s one day work = 1/30

So a can do the same work alone in 30 days.
