AGE PROBLEM

Engineering Entrance , JEE Main , JEE Advanced

Pradeep went to his friend Dinesh's room in a flat. Dinesh had three children.Three were boys.Pradeep asked their ages.Dinesh replied that product of their ages is 36 and sum of their ages is the room number of their room.Pradeep went out and looked their room number.He thought for a while and asked for one more clue.THen Dinesh replied "My elder son is playing piano upstairs".Find the ages of his children and their room number.

There is an error in second last sentance.It is "eldest" not elder
