if you are asking to resolve into vectorial form then

slope of the line joining the two points is = -4/3

so sin{theta}=+4/5 and cos{theta}=-3/5

sin{theta}=-4/5 and cos{theta}=+3/5

so the velocity vector can be written as

10(4/5 i -3/5 j)

or 10(-4/5 i + 3/5 j)

how velocity vector = 10(4/5i+3/5j)??
