lie flat on a hard surface with ur head projecting out at one end and resting on a weighing scale (only ur head)... simple

immerse your head in water.....it will displace a volume of water equal to the volume of your head..........

I can think of one very accurate way.........
Choose a liquid which will cause you to float exactly at the top of your head. Since you are floating, the mass of water you are displacing is equal to the mass of your body.
Define a neck-line to be wherever the "head" ends and the body begins in your experiment.
Have someone lift you so that you are now floating at the neck line. The amount of force required to keep you at this point is the weight of your head.
No need for applause...ha ha sorry just kiding .

noops buddy , in that case matter will be lost thereby decreasing volume and increasing the average density.You will die in vain just to find the wrong weight , whose value you will not be knowing forever .

ITS very-very easy...... just weigh ur body weight then USE THIS MATHEMATICAL EXPRESSION:- WEIGHT OF HEAD = 12p - 12q WHERE p = 1/12 OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT... q = 1/12 OF YOUR (BODY - HEAD) WEIGHT... HEHEHEEE !!!! IN THIS VERY SPECIAL TECHNIQUE NO MATTER & NO LIFE IS LOST...... sorry if it hurts somebody...

I believe Ken ( Mr.IITIAN007) has given the exact answer .He is right abt his answer and any cutting -shutting will reduce the exact weight of the head as some amount of blood or any fluid in the form of harmones will flow away rapidly before even starting to weigh the head .And subham_sachdeva I can not understand
