I have got 3769 rank in IIT JEE 2009 ; should I take petroleum at ISMU Dhanbad as its placements are really very good. This year the average package offered to the students in this branch was 8.8 lakhs per annum & the highest package was 18 lakhs per annum. All this information I got from ISM's official website. I want to know what good branches can I get in IITs.But in IIT Kanpur's website it is given that the average package offered to the BTech students this year was 6.59 lakhs per annum.
