it could simply as .....
- the office is far away . petrol price hiked but no hike in salary . all the factors gave the product of dis joining the office ..
- he/ she was romancing with boss`s daughter/ son in the boss`s office and that too siting in their boss`s chair..
fairly a fairy tale .....hahahahaha

seriously speaking .....
- the company did not emphasise on individuals potential and encouraged it..but instead were compelled to a work which was uninteresting and no further opportunitis..!!
think i m in some way correct.
