 if u mean AxB=BxA then angle betw them is zero because AxB= - BxA by def and both can hold true only if cross product is 0. ie AB Sint =0. (assuming A≠0 and B≠0)

if it is dot product then a.b = b.a is always true for any two vectors a,b

If it is cross product : a x b = -(b x a) = b x a (given)

=>  a x b = 0  i.e.  a and b are parallel
