it's very simple .

weight = mass * g

=> 9.8 = m * 9.8

=> mass = 1 kg

now when force  = 20 N

 a = F/m = 20/1 = 20 m/s2

as we know F=ma

where F is the force,m is mass and a is the acceleration

 W=m*9.8

or 9 .8=m*9.8

so  m=1kg
