General Physics
a car of weight 20000n climbs up a hill at a steady speed of 8m/s gaining a height of 120m in 100s. find work done
Since it moves with steady speed its kinetic energy remains constant.
Work done is the change in potential energy caused by change in height.
W = mgh = (20000N) x (120m)
= 2400000 J = 2400 kJ
