If every electromagnetic radiation has inherent electric and magnetic fields then will the light get influenced when placed under any external unbalanced electric or magnetic fields...and Will X-rays or Gamma get deflected in the presence of external electric and magnetic fields.

 hello

x-ray and light are electromagnetic waves,in which electric and magnetic field vector vibrate perpendicular to each  other.now  this electric and magnetic field vector is produced by movng charged particle inside the electromagnetic field.

and we know very well that a moving charged particle when kept in a external magnetic  or electric field undergo deflection.

hence ans is yes.

if we talk about gamma ray then they are made up of electrones and hence in this case also ans. is yes.
