just remember the general quantities's dimensions ... you cannot remember dimensions of all the quantities ... and to remember the general dimensions .. just write it down on a paper and revise them daily , it will hardly take 5-10 min ... and during practices also whenever you get along any quantity just try to remember its dimensions at that time only ....

See there are not much more quantities to remember Dimension of.
But still you can fallow unit of that quantities to write dimensions.
Example: Electric Intensity
unit is N/C
Newton per coulomb
You know about dimensions of Force (newton)
now Current = charge/ time
therefore coulomb has dimension [ I T] = charge = current x time
yes you do it withinn fraction of second mentally
cause it involve only observation and rearrangement
Force/ coulomb = [ M L T-2] [ I T ]-1
= [ M L T I-1 ]
