If light are made up of particle them why we cannot catch light with our hand?

The particles you are saying, are actually photons, that are small packets of energy. Their rest mass is zero, hence, you can't catch or feel them. However, If you place your hand in the front of light for long enough, it will get hot !

particle of light are called photons that are just an assumption to explain photoelectric effect carrying energy hv. of zero rest mass.so we cant catch them. get yourself acquainted to the photoelectric effect.. long live einstein

u can only catch matter(which has mass and volume) and not energy. as photons are energy particles.
